ITINERARIES:

Under exceptional circumstances, Morocco2u reserves the right to modify the sites visited, the order of the visits or the stages of itineraries.

TOUR GUIDES:

All our overland routes, unless otherwise noted, include the support of accompanying local tour guides (English speaking). There will be no assistance from any guides on additional nights.

HOTELS:

Hotel listed are our standard of planned hotels. We might obliged to replace the foreseen hotel, in some cases especially during the high season, with other similar of the same category before arriving the destination.

• Location and comfort: Our hotels are not luxury, but they have the necessary comfort, are always in the destination cities.
• Check –in, check-out: The hotel check-in usually about 14:00 hrs, and the check out about 10:00 hrs. If you want your room to be available more time, consider booking an extra night.
• Double, twin & triple room: Morocco2u cannot guarantee requested room type. However for shared rooms, twin room will be arranged. In many hotels there are no triple rooms. We do not recommend booking triple rooms for three adults, we would only suggest this for families travelling with a child.
• Kettles, hair dryer, tea/café facilities: It is not usual for there to be kettles, hair dryer or facilities to prepare tea or coffee inside the rooms of Morocco hotels.

ADDITIONAL NIGHTS:

Pre and post accommodation is only valid for travellers who purchase tours with Morocco2u, provided that these nights immediately precede or are a direct extension of our tour.

TRANSFER POLICY:

Morocco2u tour does not include transfer from the airport/train station/port/hotel in the city where the passenger will join the tour to the meeting point. In the event that transfer are purchased, these could be private or shared with other passenger.

TRANSPORT:

The services provided by Morocco2u are overland and are made by coach, with the size of the vehicle being adapted according to the number of passengers. Morocco2u does not have coaches with access ramps for wheelchairs or car booster for baby. If the number of registered participants on a circuit is very low, in order to fulfil our commitment of “Guaranteed Departures”, Morocco2u may provide a private vehicle or minivan driven by our guide.

MEALS:

Morocco2u tours provide daily hotel breakfast and hotel dinner (if stated). Hotel breakfast and dinner are usually buffet. Riad will be traditional Moroccan food. No refund if meals is not taken.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Morocco2u does not arrange travel insurance for all its passenger and thus it is compulsory that the passenger purchase his own travel insurance before joining the tour.

NO SHOWS:

No shows at the start of the trip, without prior cancellation or in the event that, during the tour, a customer has to cancel their tour, they will not be entitled to any refund.

SHARED BOOKINGS:

Moroco2u will accept “shared” bookings for individual travellers (same sex but different age) on all our tours at no additional cost. No reservations will be accepted for sharing on additional nights.

NON-ADMITTANCE OF PASSENGER:

A moderate degree of physical health and physical ability is required to participate in our tours. In the event of any passenger over 70 years of age or with special physical or mental needs, Morocco2u must be informed in writing at the time of booking, which will be analysed on a case by case basis, and it is possible that Morocco2u may request a medical report.
